ADAM HEIMAN

Adam dedicates himself to being accessible and in constant communications with his clients.

Adam graduated from Indiana University in 1998 with a B.S. in Accounting before receiving his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001. In 2002, Adam passed the Certified Public Accountant examination. Adam focuses his practice on real estate, corporate law and estate planning. In addition to representing countless sellers and purchasers of residential, commercial and industrial property, Adam has represented developers of new construction projects as well as condominium conversions. He has represented various businesses in the formation of their companies, negotiated and handled transactions for the sale and purchase of numerous businesses, prepared employment agreements on the company’s behalf and handled any other corporate matters for his clients. Adam represents clients in the preparation of their estate plans, including but not limited to, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Adam has also handled numerous probate matters on behalf of his clients.
