For buyers of residential property, we review the contract and discuss any inspection issues with you. As well, we work with your mortgage broker to ensure that you are able to meet your financing requirements. We review all condominium documentation, including declarations, by-laws, board minutes and condominium disclosure statements to ensure that there are no additional issues with your condo building that may result in any additional expenditures. We attend closing and review all your loan documents with you and the seller’s transfer documents. For sellers, we review the contract and resolve all title related issues. If you live in a condo building, we work with the management company or representatives of the association to furnish all necessary condominium documentation to your buyer. We prepare all transfer documents and attend closing.
